Gary F. Baumann

Gary F. Baumann was born in Missouri.

He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a BA in Political Science, in 1987, and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps.   He received his J.D. from Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa in 1993.  He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, earning an LLM with a concentration in Environmental Law in 2002. He retired as Marine Lieutenant Colonel in 2007.

Gary is a member of the Montgomery County and Tennessee Bar Associations.
