Matt Miller was born in Nashville, Tennessee.

He graduated in 1994 from Lipscomb University with a B.S. of Biology. He then received his JD from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1998.

Matt is a member of Montgomery County, Tennessee Bar and Kentucky Bar Associations and the Southern Criminal Justice Association. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky and practices through out the State and Federal Courts in both states.
