Batson Nolan is a full service litigation law firm.  Our experienced litigators practice in federal and state court in Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky.  We recognize the importance of research and preparation, and our attorneys take the time needed to prepare for court appearances and to be sure that clients know what to expect and are reasonably informed as to the status of their legal matters.

We represent clients at the trial level and in Appellate Courts, as well as before administrative and regulatory agencies, and in arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Our litigation clients include individuals and small business owners, as well as large public and private corporations and governmental entities.

We offer expertise in a variety of areas including but not limited to: general civil litigation, including commercial, banking, contract disputes, real estate disputes, will contests,  civil rights, employment and personal injury defense.  We defend attorneys, accountants, engineers, and physicians in professional negligence matters.  Our attorneys are experienced in products and premises liability and workers compensation.  Our work is predominantly defense oriented.  We represent plaintiffs in some instances.
