Brandi L. Smith
Biography
Brandi is a native of Middle Tennessee, having grown up in Robertson County. She obtained her paralegal certificate from The School of Paralegal Studies in 2004. She has worked with the firm since February 2008.
At Batson Nolan, Brandi works primarily in defense litigation, personal injury matters, GTLA claims, Federal and Civil court case, and surrogacy.
Outside of the office, Brandi enjoys watching college football on Saturdays with her husband, Troy. She also enjoys rooting on the Aggies (Texas A&M) baseball team where her oldest son, Peyton pitches, and attending her youngest son Neyland’s fishing tournaments.
