Following law school, Jennifer worked in a small law office in Knoxville where she practiced criminal and civil litigation and worked on numerous appeals. Jennifer joined Batson Nolan as an associate attorney in 2013, where she practiced civil litigation before moving to Chicago. Jennifer worked in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where she represented state employees in civil rights actions and successfully defended the State of Illinois at trial. Jennifer happily rejoined Batson Nolan in the spring of 2024 and practices civil litigation. She primarily works in the Springfield office.
